What is not inclusive at Desire Resort & Spa?

The following things are not included in the price:

  • The transfer from the airport to the hotel is not included, although we will gladly organise a reliable transfer through the Royale Tours firm for you. They will bring you to Desire Resort in comfort and safety. This transfer costs 57.00 Euro for both ways. If your stay is for 10 days or more, then the transfer cost will be covered by Aprodite Travel.
  • In regard to flights, please get in contact with us and we will gladly find a suitable flight to the Desire Resort.

Swimming with Dolphins

Our recommendation for a day trip. Experience the intelligence of dolphins firsthand. Nobody who has swum in a pool with these brilliant animals will ever forget their experience. In Cancun you can have this possibility. "Dolphin Discovery" offers you this once-in-a-lifetime experience from €99 per person, excluding transfers. If you book the complete package, from €125 per person, the transfer and ferry ticket is included in the price. For this tour you should set aside half a day.

If you have a special diet or eating habits, or due to religious convictions must eat or avoid some things, please make us aware of this before your stay at the Desire Resort. We will happily cater for your special dietary requirements at the Desire Resort, where all your needs are met.


Advice Regarding the Tours

If you want to see more of Yucatan then you can either register for a tour at the Desire Resort Tourdesk and therefore have the opportunity to take part in the tour with other guests, or you can look outside of the Desire Resort for an external tour operator, which tend to be cheaper than those offered at the hotel. The best option is to discover Yucatan using your own initiative. With just basic English or Spanish you can easily rent a hire car and drive yourself around.
